Video: Who can terminate a guardianship?

Only the court has the authority to terminate a guardianship. A guardianship can be terminated for several reasons, one being the death of the ward. Another is if the ward regains capacity. Or, in some cases, if the property that is subject to the guardianship is exhausted, then you can terminate the guardianship of the property.
