The 341 meeting is the meeting of creditors. It's called a 341 meeting because it's required by Section 341 of the Bankruptcy Code. The 341 meeting is a meeting of creditors in which you also meet with the bankruptcy trustee. The trustee will ask you a series of questions regarding your petition and your schedules. Creditors are also entitled to attend and inquire about your assets. However, in most consumer bankruptcy cases, none do appear.
