Technically, there is no prohibition in the Bankruptcy Code from you filing again. However, one of the primary objectives in a bankruptcy case is to obtain a discharge of your debt. The Bankruptcy Code provides that you are not entitled to another discharge until eight years from the filing of the petition in your prior bankruptcy case.
